1. Refund Conditions

• Full Refund: If cancellations are made 48 hours prior to the booking time.
• Partial Refund: 50% refund for cancellations within 24–48 hours.
• No Refund: Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will not receive a refund.

2. Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Rescheduling

Bookings can be rescheduled once, free of charge, up to 24 hours before the original booking time.
